Our success story began in 2010 with our first 3 flats. In the last 15 years we have accommodated more than 3.500 foreign students. At the moment, we offer around 30 fully equipped apartments in 3 categories, which are located in the 5th district of Vienna for short-term-living.

  • We offer apartments for 4 persons
  • Perfect for student WG/shared apartment

  • The kitchen has a basic setup: dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishes and cutlery, pots and pans, glasses and cups, …
  • You’ll find only single beds (2 in each bedroom) in our flats and every bedroom can be locked separately
  • Every apartment is accessible with an elevator
  • Public Transport is easily reachable
  • Cleaning and maintenance services
  • Smoking is prohibited inside all apartments, only in outdoor areas
  • High-speed-WIFI in every apartment (free of charge)
  • Operating costs (electricity, water, heating, gas) are included
  • First-Aid-Kit, fire blanket and a smoke-detector are in every flat
  • On every property you will find a washing machine and a dryer which can be used for a small fee
  • The apartments are in top condition

Conditions:

  • Booking period: 10 months
  • Deposit: the amount of 2 monthly rates
  • Billing address: individual
  • Terms of payment: the monthly rate shall be paid in advance
  • Cancellation only possible before December 31st
