Our success story began in 2010 with our first 3 flats. In the last 13 years we have accommodated more than 3.000 foreign students. At the moment, we offer around 30 fully equipped apartments in 3 categories, which are located in the 5th district of Vienna for short-term-living (1-12 months)

Located very close to the city center

  • All apartments are located in the 5th district of Vienna
  • We offer apartments for 1-7 persons
  • The flats are fully furnished
  • The kitchen has a basic setup (dishes and cutlery, pots and pans, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher)
  • You´ll find  only single beds in our flats and every bedroom can be locked separately
  • Every apartment is accessible with an elevator
  • Public Transport is easily reachable
  • Smoking is prohibited in all apartments
  • Lightning-fast Broadband-WiFi in every apartment (free of charge)
  • Operating costs (electricity, water, heating, gas) are included
  • We clean the apartments after Check-out (additional cleaning possible, if requested)
  • First-Aid-Kit, fire blanket and a smoke-detector are in every flat
  • On every property you will find a washing machine and a dryer which can be used for a small fee
  • The apartments are in top condition

Conditions:

  • Minimum stay: 1 month
  • Deposit: the amount of 3 monthly rates
  • Billing address: individual
  • Terms of payment: the monthly rate shall be paid in advance
  • Cancelation period: 3 month
